I used Arnotap and my gut feeling is that it’s okay, just not something I’d get excited about. It did what I needed in the end, but a few parts felt slower than they should, and I had to poke around a bit before things really made sense.

Nothing went terribly wrong, so I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience. It just felt kind of average to me, like it could be much smoother with a few small fixes. Usable, yes, but not especially memorable.

The site worked fine for me overall, and I didn’t see anything that felt sketchy or unsafe. I’d say it’s maybe like 7 out of 10 in terms of how comfortable I felt using it. My only issue is that the privacy and security info wasn’t super easy to find, and there wasn’t a ton of detail about what happens with your data. It’s okay overall, but I think they could be a lot clearer.

I was hoping the mobile site would be smoother, but it feels a little clunky. It works, so I can’t say it’s unusable, but I kind of regret relying on it from my phone because it just wasn’t as easy to use as I expected

I used arnotap.com and it was simple to get around. The pages loaded quickly, and I found what I was looking for without having to click through a bunch of random stuff. The layout is clean too, which I always appreciate. No popups getting in the way or menus that make you wonder where that one thing even went. Overall, it was a smooth experience.

I reached out hoping they could actually fix the issue, but it never got resolved. What made it even more frustrating was having to verify myself over and over like they had no record of the last time I did it. In the end, the help I got felt useless

The QR code feature on Arnotap worked for what I needed, and once I got it set up, scanning was totally fine. It did take me a bit to figure out the setup though. It’s not even about that being a huge problem, it just felt a little clunky compared to what I expected. Overall, not bad, but I think it could be smoother.

I thought the card was holding up really well at first, actually, it still kind of is, but the edges started looking worn way sooner than I expected. It works fine overall, just wish it stayed looking new a bit longer.

I tried getting this set up and got stuck quickly. The instructions did not match what I was seeing on my screen, and a couple of the pages just kept loading without going anywhere. I am not the most tech-savvy person, but I really do not think it should be this difficult. After about an hour of messing with it, I gave up. Not the best first impression.

I got this mostly for the NFC tap thing, and it only works when it feels like it. Some phones read it right away, but other ones you gotta tap it a bunch of times and sometimes nothing even happens.

The service itself might be fine, I just think they need to be more transparent with the pricing from the start.

I tried setting up my profile it was more frustrating than I expected. There weren’t many customization options, some of the changes didn’t seem to save properly, and it just felt kind of clunky overall. For something focused on digital profiles, I thought it would be a lot smoother. Left me disappointed

As someone who gets annoyed when digital stuff takes forever or doesn’t work right away, I was relieved this was quick and simple. The card came through fast and worked exactly like it was supposed to

I figured adding my info would be quick, but it felt kind of clunky. A few parts were Confusing, and I had to go back and try again a couple times. It did work in the end, so that’s good, but it wasn’t exactly smooth or Convenient for me.

The print came out okay overall. The colors looked a little dull to me, though I’m not totally sure if that was the file or the printer. The text was clear enough, so it wasn’t bad, but I was kind of expecting it to look a bit sharper.

I ordered from arnotap.com thinking it’d show up in about a week, but nope, that whole Arnotap setup took almost a month to get it to me. The tracking was basically useless and barely changed the whole time. I ended up emailing them twice just to get some bland reply back. The product did finally arrive, but by then I didn’t even need the thing anymore. Disappointed with how slow the shipping was...

I was disappointed with this. It broke after just a few days of normal use, which really shouldn’t happen. For the price, I expected something that would at least hold up for a while. The company should take more responsibility for the quality they’re selling, because this just wasn’t worth it

Maybe it’s just me, but I really couldn’t figure out where anything was. I don’t think I’m that bad with websites, but this one felt messy and hard to navigate.

I don’t remember every single design they had, but I do remember feeling like there wasn’t much to choose from. Most of the options seemed basic and a little bland. I was expecting a bit more variety, honestly...

Checkout went smoothly enough, so no complaints there. Shipping just felt kind of slow, though?? Not sure if that was normal or what, but overall it was fine, nothing really stood out
